Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request changes to your order within 2 hours of placing your purchase. This includes incorrect shipping addresses, incorrect sizes or clothing variants, incorrect contact information, and other order-related corrections.

3. Include the email address you used at checkout.

After production starts

Once an order enters production, changes, cancellations, or modifications can no longer be guaranteed. If you want to cancel, contact support right away so the team can tell you what is possible for your order.
