When will my order be produced?

Our estimated production and processing time is 7–14 business days after an order is confirmed and the required preview is approved, where applicable.

• Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.
• Limited drops may experience higher demand.
• Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
• Customers will receive updates when their order progresses through the fulfillment process.

Shipping time is separate from production time. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and shipping carrier.
